Our Director of Sales is a confident leader and has a proven background of getting those big hits for clients. Your jam is working to find product based businesses and travel service destinations. You are dialed into your teams’ and clients’ needs; you’re a problem solver and always come to the table with a solution; an inspiring leader; and keeper of long-standing, meaningful relationships with clients and industry leaders. A Director of Sales at Creative Dept. is responsible for overseeing and driving sales efforts to meet revenue goals. They are goal-oriented, have an almost obsessive attention to detail, be a risk taker, dream maker and, most importantly, be excited about what Creative Dept. is and what it will be.
Here's What We Need:
Working Conditions:
This is a hybrid role, majority work from home. A Director of Sales will spend time online in meetings and briefings with the team and clients. Occasional travel might be required for client visits. Although a Director's commitment will tend to be standard office hours, deadlines or the demands of a client may see the supervisor working nights or weekends to ensure continued success. Must be authorized to work in the US.
